Autretech has released a new version of the software "TAFS-Monitor 2.2" which will help participants in the financial markets in the Russian Federation to carry out import substitution and check for sanctions lists.
The company OOO "Autretech" has released a new version of the software "TAFS-Monitor 2.2.", which can successfully replace imports of software products in the field of ensuring security during operations on exchange and over-the-counter financial markets: shares, bonds, currency conversion transactions, options, futures, swaps, repos, transactions on commodity markets.
The main development was the new module “TAFS COMPLIANCE”, which can conduct automated checks for sanctions lists.
The TAFS COMPLIANCE module can:
- Conduct a near-online check of each client transaction and application through global sanctions lists and the “50% rule” in order to promptly prevent the client from losing control over an asset or money.
- Conduct checks against daily updated global sanctions lists (>40):
- each client and counterparty to transactions
- each ISIN of the instrument.
- Conduct a near-online check of each transaction and client application for rules that recognize:
- money laundering (>50 checks)
- manipulation and insider trading (>50 checks)
- suspicious business reputation
- implicit relationships between employees and beneficiaries of clients in their transactions through related entities and the "50% rule"
- presence of a counterparty or client in the lists of the Financial Monitoring Service
- lists of Russian public officials
- lists of strategic enterprises (managers, founders, beneficiaries, individual entrepreneurs)
