Autretech has launched TAFS-Monitor version 2.2, empowering Russian financial-market participants to drive import substitution and screen transactions against up-to-date sanctions lists.
OOO Autretech has releasedTAFS-Monitor 2.2.a new software solution designed to replace imported products in securing both exchange and OTC financial market operations—including equities, bonds, currency conversions, options, futures, swaps, repos, and commodity trades.
The primary enhancement is the new “TAFS COMPLIANCE” module, which automates checks against sanctions lists.
The TAFS COMPLIANCE module can:
- Perform near–real-time screening of each client transaction and application against global sanctions lists and enforce the “50% rule” to swiftly prevent any loss of control over assets or funds.
- Conduct checks against over 40 global sanctions lists, updated daily:
- Each client and every transaction counterparty.
- each ISIN of the instrument.
- Conduct near–real-time checks of each transaction and client application using rules that detect:
- Money laundering (over 50 checks)
- Market manipulation and insider trading (over 50 checks)
- Suspicious business reputation
- Implicit relationships between employees and clients’ beneficiaries via related entities and the “50% rule.”
- Presence of counterparties or clients on Financial Monitoring Service lists.
- Inclusion on lists of Russian public officials.
- Inclusion on lists of strategic enterprises (managers, founders, beneficiaries, and individual entrepreneurs).
