About Autretech
The company "Autretech" was created in 2019 by specialists in the field of financial markets, high-load IT systems and applied mathematics to solve the problem of reducing losses of organizations from illegal transactions of employees and clients in financial markets.
Autretech is a resident of the Skolkovo Technopark. The company has the status of an official participant of the Skolkovo Innovation Center in the Strategic Computer Technologies and Software area. In 2019, Atretek won the Skolkovo CyberSecurity Challenge.

Our organization has successfully implemented a hybrid work format, providing employees with freedom and support in performing their professional tasks. Remote work allows us to maintain a balance between our professional career and personal life priorities. Our main office is located in the Skolkovo Technopark. At the same time, our team members successfully work from such cities as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Orel, Krasnodar, Minsk.

Autretech founders

Gennady Belov began his career in Bullion and Fixed Income desks at VTB in Moscow in 1994.
In 2006, together with N. Decker, J. Song and R. Bahramov, he initiated the MDC China investment project. As part of its implementation, Gennady was the Managing Director of the direct investment fund MDC China Fund I, focused on the retail and telecommunications sectors of China and Southeast Asia. In 2008, MDC China Fund I successfully invested 41.5 million US dollars in a chain of supermarkets in 3rd-tier cities in mainland China. Gennady played a key role in organizing and structuring this investment.
Before the MDC China project, Gennady worked for several years as a trader at AIG and Raiffeisenbank. He has extensive portfolio management and intra-day trading experience in stocks, fixed-income instruments and precious metals.
Mr. Belov graduated from Oxford University in the United Kingdom and also has a degree in economics from the Finance Academy in Moscow.
Gennady is responsible for Autretech operational management and business development strategy.
Our hobbies
Autretech is a young team: we are mostly around 30 years old. Yes, we have a lot of ambitions and we want to reach high levels both in our careers and in our personal lives! Today, we are not only highly qualified specialists, but also versatile individuals with a wide range of interests outside the office. We believe that hobbies and interests help each of us to achieve inspiration and use fresh ideas in our work.
Among our colleagues, there are several candidates for master of sports, there are fans of Okinawan karate, there are those who adore running and swimming in open icy water, charging themselves with energy from physical activity and keeping fit. Also among us are passionate people who, in their free time, practice vocals, create their own musical compositions, dance, write poetry and play musical instruments.
These hobbies make us more creative, enrich our team corporate culture and allow us to share personal experiences, optimism and energy with each other.
