Autretech is a young team: we are mostly around 30 years old. Yes, we have a lot of ambitions and we want to reach high levels both in our careers and in our personal lives! Among our colleagues are several candidates for Master of Sports, enthusiasts of Okinawan karate, and those who love running and swimming in icy open water — drawing energy from physical activity and staying in great shape. We also have passionate individuals who, in their free time, sing, compose music, dance, write poetry, and play musical instruments.

Gennady Belov began his career in 1994 on the Bullion and Fixed Income desks at VTB in Moscow.

In 2006, together with N. Decker and Zh. Song, he launched the investment project MDC China. As part of this initiative, Gennady served as Managing Director of the direct investment fund MDC China Fund I, which focused on the retail and telecommunications sectors in China and Southeast Asia. In 2008, MDC China Fund I successfully invested 41.5 million USD in a supermarket chain located in third-tier cities across mainland China. Gennady played a key role in structuring and organizing this investment.

Prior to the MDC China project, Gennady worked for several years as a trader at AIG and Raiffeisenbank. He has extensive experience in portfolio management and intraday trading across stocks, fixed-income instruments, and precious metals.

Mr. Belov graduated from Oxford University in the United Kingdom and also holds a degree in economics from the Finance Academy in Moscow.

Gennady is responsible for Autretech’s operational management and business development strategy.

Previously, Levan led the Treasury and Investment Portfolio Management Department at the New Development Bank (BRICS) in Shanghai.

During his career, Levan also held senior positions at Raiffeisenbank, Standard Bank, Gazprombank, Russian Standard Bank, and Roseximbank.

With over 30 years of leadership experience in Russian and international banks—including state, private, and retail institutions—Levan combines operational management skills with the information technology expertise essential for financial-market divisions.

As a member of the Board of Directors at Autretech, Levan is responsible for scaling and distributing the company’s products in both Russian and international markets. He also contributes to defining Autretech’s development strategy, focusing on capitalization growth and adherence to best international practices for creating value for investors.

Alexey began his career in 1993 at the International Moscow Bank and, over the next 25 years, held senior positions at international banks including ING, Credit Suisse First Boston, Renaissance Capital, Troika Dialog, Raiffeisenbank, and Sberbank.

For over 10 years, Alexey led the Treasury department at Renaissance Credit Bank.

In 1992, Alexey Orekhov graduated from the Faculty of International Economic Relations at the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Alexey has brought to Autretech the corporate culture of major international banks, invaluable experience in financial markets, and expertise in modern banking technologies. He contributes to defining Autretech’s development strategy and ensures the project’s adherence to best international practices in corporate culture and innovative technologies.
